AI-Assisted Reflection for Enhanced Team Collaboration

This paper addresses a common problem in collaborative work: task drift and reduced effectiveness due to inconsistent engagement. The authors propose and evaluate an AI-assisted system, ReflecToMeet, designed to improve preparedness through reflective prompts and shared reflections. The study's mixed-method approach and comparison across different reflection conditions provide valuable insights into the impact of structured reflection on team dynamics and performance.
